Refund Policy

Introduction

Monthly package refund policy – Refund payment will be made after 7 working days from date of refund request. For eg. payment is done on 7th July, so 1 month will complete on 6th August. In between refund is requested on 28th July, so from 28th seven working days of service charges will be deducted and balance amount will be transferred to customers account.

Quarterly / Half yearly / Yearly refund policy – Refund payment will be made after 15 working days from date of refund request. For eg. payment is made in Month 1, at the end of second month customer requests refund. From the date of refund request fifteen working days of service charges will be deducted and balance amount will be transferred to customers account.

Changes To Our Refund Policy

We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to this Refund Policy so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through our Service) before we make changes to this Refund Policy and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Refund Policy, you can delete your account.
